And everywhere, the constant discourse and confusion and stereotyping is exhausting to keep up with. Topics to be expected when the book itself is called This Book Is Gay. The coming out stories made me laugh. This Book Is Gay is a nonfiction book written by Juno Dawson and illustrated by Spike Gerrell, first published in the United Kingdom in with subsequent publication in the US in June [1] The book is a "manual to all areas of life as an LGBT person" [2] and "is meant to serve as a guidebook for young people discovering their sexual identity and how to navigate those uncomfortable.
